Well ... we're specialized pursuit predators (we're omnivores), which means we walk after and track fast-moving prey to wear them out. A pretty useful "superpower" to have, considering that fast-moving creatures don't have the best stamina.
That is, until the 21st century rolled around. We don't hunt anymore. You're right, Scapegrace, us humans are disappointing XD
